What is Order & Collect?

This is a brand new service from boots that means you can order online and then collect in store at your convenience.

You might find this useful if you work near a boots and want to order lots of things but don't want to spend ages shopping. Just order your stuff online and go and collect it in the store! Saving you time and effort!

How do you place an order to collect in store?

Add your items to your shopping basket just as you would normally!

When you have finished shopping you get to the checkout - you pick "collect from a boots store"

As long as your order is over £25 there's no delivery charge applied.

Use your postcode to find your local stores - pick the one you're going to go to.

Pay for your order.

Print the confirmation page and make sure you take your order number with you. (If you can't print take ID and your order number written down)

Go to the store (usually at the photo counter)

Are all items available for Order & Collect at boots?

Items excluded will show in your basket as not being available. The vast majority of items will be available for collect at store.

Is there a charge for this order and collect service?

Orders over £25 are free otherwise a small charge of £2.98 is payable.

When can I collect my order?

You can collect on the morning specified - and they can send you a text message too with the order number to help!
If you don't collect it within 12 days they will get in touch. After 14 days if you've not contacted them they will refund your order and return the items to the shelves!

Where do I go to collect my order?

Your Boots Collect at Store order will be available for collection at the Order & Collect Collection Point, normally located at the photo counter.

Do I need to bring any form of identification with me when I collect my order?

As long as you bring a copy of the order confirmation page into store you will not be required to provide proof of your identification. However if you only have the order number with you, you will be asked for some identification (Photo identification such as a driving licence, passport, bus pass etc).

For security if you are unable to collect the parcel, the person collecting will need to supply the order number, provide identification, and sign for the parcel.

* If your order includes a heavy, bulky or over-sized item(s) (which will be indicated when you click on the product and at the checkout), store collection will not be available.
