	Pick the items you want to buy from Argos - you can buy single items or multiple - add them to your basket as you would do normally. Look for the red buy or reserve button
	You get the option to have items delivered to your door or to opt for reserve and collect - Store pick up - check this option if you want to collect your items from an argos store.
	First they have to know where you live to provide you with a list of argos stores near you. You can either put in your town name or your postcode. This is also so you can see stock levels of your chosen item to ensure it is in stock
	You'll get a list of your most local argos stores. If you live in a big town you will have several to chose from
	You'll find items available and be given the option to reserve in store
	When you agree to reserve you can opt for an email confirmation of your reservation. You must write down the number you're shown - it is in red - you can always print this page out and take it with you to ensure you have all the information you need. This shows you when the reservation ends.

 

Sometimes some items will not be in stock at your first choice of store. You can at this point opt to go back to the checkout and request home delivery, or pick an alternative store to pick it up from.

How do you use this new argos service?

* Shop online as you would do normally - adding your items to the shopping trolley and going to the checkout as per normal.

* At the reserve section you need to put in your town or postcode so they can show you whether the goods are in stock.

* Decide to reserve and make a note of the reservation number (And the store)
You don't need to give argos any personal details - although you can give your email address so you get an email about your reservation.

* Take the reservation number to your store and pay for your item.
You can pay by card at the quick pay kiosk.
Sometimes prices change - and you have to pay the price in store when you pick up the item.

Reserved until end of next working day:
Items that are in stock when you place your reservation will be held in-store for you until the end of the next working day.

Items marked EXTRA may not be available for immediate collection in all stores but can usually be ordered in for you from the warehouse. These are usually available for collection within 3 working days - the exact dates will be shown on your reservation confirmation.
